@aurooba Yeah that two. I know at least one couple that decided "If it ain't broke don't fix it" and haven't gotten married despite being together for something like 25 years now.

I know several people who didn't change their last names when getting married. I also know a few where the male partner took on the woman's last name. Never assume.

@jmb When I converted, one of the members of our synagogue owned a house on the river so we used that for the mikvah. Thank God it was during the summer.
