I think, for a statistically significant number of Americans, xenophobia is the justification for the protectionism. Personally I think economic protectionism is dumb at best because it's cutting off your nose to spite your face.

It got stuck in a reboot loop and I had to restore back to last known good configureation. I'll try to update again on Sunday. Hopefully I can then get 24H2?

Well for starters, this particular build gets stuck in a loop with certain OEM installs, (HP among them), and you have to restore to last known good. I'm honestly surprised it's still in the update cue.
