I think I notice it more in the summer, but that's probably because the air conditioner sits in that window and pulls it in, while in the winter we have radiator heat and usually not that window open.

Yeah that particular smell outside our windows does, but then so do the drier sheets and the like that get vented in here thanks to the drier vent being right outside the window. And we're grateful we get to open the windows and that it's cooled off here. Hoping it stays that way.
