@technolass Hang on I think there might be a shortcode for upcoming events let me see if I can track it down. Or a block in case you guys are using the block editor.

@technolass If you want the gofundme link to get more exposure, put it in the nav menu you should have at the top right/left/wherever it is so it will show up on most pages, but the org should know that no matter how much exposure you give it, getting people to donate is always going to be difficult absent a really compelling reason.

@technolass For the love of God please don't clutter the homepage with stuff, navigation menus are fine as long as you don't try to do fancy flyout stuff, and links to other stuff internal to your site within your homepage's body text is absolutely fine.

@bryansmart @cublanco @serrebi We never had one on the porch, just a tiny one that barely did anything. But yeah if you can get a large/powerful one, plus screened in, plus comfortable chair and maybe a table for your shit, it's one of the best experiences that can be had for cheap.
