Wondering if the cough syrup has a refill. Just took the last dose.

Time to break down and take the cough syrup. Coughing way too much.

Got RFBD key ordered, also talked to Rehab counselor inprep for going back to school.

Going to lay off the cough syrup for a while so I can have some consciousness.

2nd dose of cough syrup taken. Hopefully back to dreamland version of Nashville.

Have codine-based cough syrup, anti-biotics and musinex on steroids.

Went to doctor, have sinus infection and cough that req rx for meds.

It hurts to swallow, my head feels like it will explode, I’m coughing my lungs out, my sinuses are on fire and my neck hurts.

Therer is not a polite way to describe how I feel right now.

About to perform some serious Twitter maintenance.
