Sister-in-law brought over fresh tomatoes from their garden and so we will be having tomato sandwiches in the near future, which for me at least are a real treat and one of the things I look forward to each summer. Also, the weather’s been quite cool for August so we’ve been able to keep the windows open and air conditioners off since Thursday night.
