@KaraLG84 Yeah the first one's not my favorite, but because it sets up some stuff for the rest of the series I always read it when rereading the series.

@babumenos @cambridgeport90 @_L1vY_ Also, I like Classic Press, but you can only call it easy for people who are comfortable with replacing core files or manually installing WordPress, or want to spend the time doing this along with all the maintenance that goes with it. Which I'm almost certain doesn't fit this particular situation.

@babumenos @cambridgeport90 @_L1vY_ MB would need to pay for hosting at that point, and I think she's mentioned a couple times that that's not in her budget right now.

@amy0223 @SingingNala I'd like to add Boston Logan International to the running for worst, as well as the Charlotte airport. Atlanta can be good if and only if you're coming in from a red-eye but otherwise yeah it's bad.

@SingingNala @lynnskyi @nycki96 That works in a face-to-face setup, but not over the phone, where the person calling has already decided that since you're the one who answered you're going to the frustration they currently have plus whatever other crap they have against the company you work for. Same applies to forum posts.
