In reply to @bryansmart.

@bryansmart Politician spam is so rampant that I get spam from politicians in states where I don't even live. And they all think my name is Ryan for some reason. Sometimes I want to find the Ryan who had this number before me and strangle him for signing up for all the damn campaign texts.

In reply to @aurooba.

@aurooba Sending you internet hugs. It's counter-intuitive but sometimes a vacation, even in the middle of the world being on fire, is the best thing for you.

In reply to @skc.

@skc Oh man I'm so sorry you two are having so much trouble.

In reply to @ANGELGIRL1976.

@ANGELGIRL1976 @WingnutKV @amorphisbear @Marvella @summersun704 @lynnskyi It actually ends up not being a lot of it. I think it's a 6-pack or something like that, which is part of what makes it so expensive.

In reply to @pfefferle.

@pfefferle I call us fedizens.

In reply to @ANGELGIRL1976.

@ANGELGIRL1976 @WingnutKV @amorphisbear @Marvella @summersun704 @lynnskyi If you can't find them in your area they're on Amazon, but kind of expensive.

In reply to @simon.

@simon They're just trying to create artificial scarcity.

In reply to @yatil.

@yatil @matuzo Yeah that's an AccessiBe affiliate, as in, AccessiBe runs an affiliate program and I really hope someone at the NFB convention asked them while they were doing their apology tour presentation how all of that squares with their current attempt to convince us all they're super sorry and stuff.

In reply to @lauren.

@lauren Wall? I think that's still a thing.

@Marvella Oh no I'm so sorry I will definitely keep you in my thoughts.

In reply to @marklemley.

@marklemley Is this referring to hyperlinking the photo, or using Instagram's photo embed?

In reply to @bruce_toews.

@bruce_toews @technolass I agree with Bruce here. There's also the possibility that, as president of the chapter/org, you're in a position to make change that others cannot, so saying something about this man's behavior could do some good. But also it's not a simple thing to deal with either and I get that.

In reply to @housepanther.

@housepanther I get that, but I can't figure out how to manually add book info that isn't already in the DB. This could be a pebcak error though.

In reply to @housepanther.

@housepanther I have, and I like the idea, but still have concerns about where it's going to get a book info database after I did the goodreads import and there were several books it couldn't find. A book info database is some thing we'll need to figure out since Amazon essentially controls that at the moment.

In reply to @Rickster1963.

@Rickster1963 You two Rick.

In reply to @Rickster1963.

@Rickster1963 Yeah same. So we're trying to keep everything closed up.

In reply to @Rickster1963.

@Rickster1963 It's going OK here. Just trying to stay inside now that our AQI has shot up.

In reply to @Rickster1963.

@Rickster1963 Afternoon Rick.

In reply to @bruce_toews.

@bruce_toews @technolass Yeah but they could at least plug it all back in.

@lynnskyi Oh man I hope you come through all of that in one piece. And of course your stuff too.
