I just wanted to write a quick public note to thank Glenn Gordon of Jaws for Windows fame for putting a fix in place to deal with the Dell audio driver bug. My productivity has gone up something like 200% since I installed the public beta on Wednesday, and I’ve been able to keep my computer running for days instead of mere hours with Chrome open with several tabs, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, QRead, and my IDE, and no sluggishness at all. I owe Glenn at least one drink.
