Meeting my move goal is a real struggle today.

Afternoon all. I rode 7 miles in 45 minutes and my breakfast, morning snack, and lunch are just over 1000 calories. I think I've earned a beer during the baseball games tonight. I hope you all are having at least an acceptable Tuesday.

The one time I want my watch to die, and it won't. But let me be in the middle of a workout, or in the middle of something I need my watch for, and it dies. Go figure.

Morning everybody, Tuesday has arrived. Why are we doing Tuesday? We should skip it this week, or maybe skip Thursday in favor of an extra weekend day.

Playing with Substack's new notes feature, and they call reposts "restacks". Doesn't that imply that something was stacked in the first place? Other than that, and Substack's already-existing accessibility issues, (oof that editor), not a bad attempt. Then again, not sure how you can screw up something like notes, although Elon Musk will probably figure out how to do it and give us a masterclass.
