I have a contentedly full tummy.

Get in #fedizens we're doing Sunday. John and I slept really late today and have 0 regrets. We're still drinking coffee and restarting the computers after the 1 second power blip that took them out. Other than that, just listening to graphic audio.

I love being able to edit posts on Mastodon.

Me: "I wonder what I should read next?" Also me: "Oh there's so much in my to-read pile that I've forgotten what's there and some of it is definitely longer than 200 pages so maybe I should look there." #bookstadon

Get in #fedizens we're doing Thursday. Still tired but have stuff to do.

Get in #fedizens we're over halfway through Wednesday. Laundry is out and back, and I will put that away this afternoon once I finish my coffee. I think we're in for another heatwave, but the last few days have been very nice and so far the air conditioners are keeping up. Maybe we'll get lucky and not have as much humidity.

Damn it I forgot to get salad dressing at the store for our salads. Oh well, guess it'll be Italian dressing this time instead of Ranch.

Get in #Fedizens we're halfway through Tuesday. We're just waiting for groceries to get here and we just finished lunch. The weather's still really nice so we still have the windows open.

Wow how is it already 5:30?

The heat finally broke, and the low got down to the upper 50'sF last night, so we were able to open the windows and turn the living room air off and sleep in the bedroom. Best night's sleep both of us have had in a little while. It's supposed to do this all week. I'm not holding my breath or anything because we are fast approaching August, but it's been a nice change.

Damn. For some reason this checkbox for syndicating to Mastodon via Bridgy is unavailable. I’ll figure this out later.

Ice cream might not fix everything, but it makes me feel better sometimes. Yay ice cream!

It's Shabbat, but I'm online today. I think the heatwave is supposed to break within the next couple days but until it does we're keeping the bedroom air off and sleeping in the living room and both trying to keep our sleep schedules from getting screwed. So I'm trying to stay awake.

My email: "No matter where you like rum, it's better with pepci". Me: No. No it is not you heathens pepci makes an absolutely horrid mixer.

I spent a couple hours outside and, it's frickin hot out there Mr. Bigglesworth!

Coffee is not working today, still very sleepy.
