  1. @arush It makes me uncomfortable that in the rush to ascertain that people are who they are it’s reifying Twitter’s often random choices of notability. I find it reasonable to provide verification of identity, but it sometimes seems like people are chasing instant transferable clout instead. Probably necessary for now, but not without its issues.
