That feeling when the audio on your phone is very laggy and full of crud, so you restart your phone, and that doesn’t fix it, and you eliminate things like bluetooth by turning on airplane mode, and Oh God I am not looking forward to even the possibility of having to drop an unplanned $1,000 minimum on a fucking phone when the plan was to run this one for as long as it could run without upgrading. I am absolutely not looking forward to the possibility of being dragged kicking and screaming into another upgrade.

Update on the phone situation: It’s a hardware issue and so we’re figuring out to do because we already needed to replace John’s phone and now we apparently need to replace mine. Very much not happy about what is now likely the reality of having to drop an unexpected dime on a phone. We were waiting until we could get phones with more than 64GB of storage. I’ll get over this, probably once I’m done with the draging kicking and screaming into yet another unplanned iPhone upgrade, but right now I’m just angry at the whole situation.
