We finally got the opportunity to sleep in this morning, so we took iadvantage of it. The universe has apparently decided that we’re going to get a couple more days of nice, not-too-hot weather, so we’ll have the windows open until Tuesday. We’re not going to be doing any significant cooking today, just fending for ourselves. The roast turned out to be excellent as usual.
