I still haven’t decided whether or not I’m doing a book challenge in the coming year, but I’m totally doing the Run the Year challenge from Runtheedge and I wish they’d hurry up and send us the tracker because I’m already preparing for it.
I’ve calculated that I’ll have to clock something like six miles per day in order to reach two thousand twenty-two miles by the end of the year. If I want to take rest days I’ll have to increase miles. At this point in my life, between riding the Peloton and walking, I’m up to something like five miles per day. So i’m spending December trying to up my numbers.
I’m excited to do this challenge. I’ve never done a miles challenge before so this is something new and it adds some spice to the usual new year and fitness thing.
