Good thing there was an extra coffee pot hanging around here, because the one that gets normally used met an untimely death this morning. Somehow the basket cracked, which resulted in a pot full of coffee with coffee grounds settled at the bottom. We have some 24-ounce coffee mugs coming to us, and the new-to-us coffee pot is bigger, so in the end this works out. I would really love to know how the basket in the other one got cracked though, because it’s not like we throw it around. Oh well.
