Good morning and welcome to Friday. I’ve been eating breakfast every day for the last four months or so, and then skipped it yesterday, and believe me, I paid for it with a nagging headache that didn’t go away all night. I got up and ate breakfast this morning and am working on consuming caffeine and things seem to be under control. I guess I just didn’t consider how much dietary changes can influence things like background-process headaches.
@arush I’ve been trying steel cut oats, nothing quick about them (about 30min to cook after the water boils). Yet, they keep me full until lunch and are supposed to be better than quick oats.
@arush I can’t skip breakfast for similar reasons.
@arush I have to eat something for breakfast, pretty soon after rising, or I feel bad all day. Doesn’t need to be anything large, but generally needs to have some protein (generally peanut butter for me).
