Yeah I’ve been living in the south for way too long. Also, it’s a lot dryer up north when it gets cold like this so not as bad. When I was in Boston in March of last year, it was in the 20’s during the day time but since the air was so much dryer it was pretty tolerable. OK, not shorts and short sleeves tolerable, but still.
