There’s a plugin called Social Network Auto Poster that will do most of this, but you’ll need to go through the process of creating your own Twitter and Facebook applications to use it. The Twitter process isn’t too bad, but the Facebook one will need you to use Jaws and IE, because modal dialogs everywhere.
I still really want to find a way to tweet my post title and, if space permits, the beginning line of the post. Some plugins support this, but then something else breaks somewhere. Oh, converting tags to hashtags would also be kind of hot.

Is that still being developed? I know that I tried one and it did not work for me for whatever reason. I’ll give it another try though.
Yes, it’s still being developed. They just released an update not too long ago I think.
