Really dragging today. I managed morning prayers, but I’m still trying to decide if I want to get on the bike today or just take 15-minute walks throughout the day to make my goals. I pulled off almost 10 miles yesterday between walking and biking.

John and I both have all our sports teams’ schedules in our calendars. Combined with the sorting out of listening to games we did last year, this fall and winter should be full of plenty of football and hockey to go along with the baseball.
