@aaronkhowell @doug_lee42 @BlindUnfiltered No, it wouldn’t, because it didn’t address demand letters which is the source of the trolling, said nothing about state-based compensation, and it attempted to impose mandatory arbitration which doesn’t apply to literally any other civil right in this country.
