My watch has gotten quite the work out today. It is now on its charger for a feeding after I ran it down to 19% within less than 24 hours.

I’ve taken the time to add shortcuts to my desktop for the tabs I normally keep open, so that I could adopt the practice of keeping my browser closed without tons of tabs open while I’m using it.
It helps me to focus on one thing at a time instead of flipping back and forth between distractions.
I’m also spending a lot more time away from the computer, and I generally feel better for it.
All of this helps me to dip my toes in as opposed to jumping in with both feet.
I’m not recommending it for everyone, but for me, it’s been a great help.
