Continuing to populate my #BookWyrm collection rather slowly. Here’s a #BookReview I did few years ago of The Weird Sisters: The Malhaven Mystery Series by @whistberry
A well-plotted hardboiled mystery that doesn’t get too dark. #Bookstodon

Hello World!
I am the Rodef Shalom Biblical Botanical Garden and I grow and research plants that are significant to the Jewish Diaspora. My garden is in Pittsburgh and open to the public starting in June.
I will post pictures of plants as they bloom!

@bryansmart @bermudianbrit Yeah same. Need to find a replacement. VoiceDream has been something I get a ton of use out of but $60 a year is a bit too steep.

iOS Shortcuts. Darcy Burnard, from the Maccessibility podcast, did a 10 part series on understanding and using shortcuts. If you are interested in iOS shortcuts, I would highly recommend checking out this series! You can find it on the ACB Community podcast. You can either join the podcast through your favorite podcast app, or go to the website link at the end. Now there is many different things posted to this podcast feed. But just do a search for Understanding Shorcuts, and this will filter them out. The series ran from January 23rd to April 10th. Thanks to Darcy for putting in the time and doing this series! I personally listen to them through my podcast app, but here is the website link if you want it. https://acb-community.pinecast.co. #iOS #Shortcuts #Tip #UnderstandingShortcuts #Blind #Voiceover @DHSDarcy

The hip new game all the kids are playing, coast to coast and all around the world, is something they call “Chess”. It’s pretty fun.
Deep Green was one of the iPhone apps I considered impeccable when it came out. I played it for years and years. On and off. As is my life long dalliance with chess.
I’m thrilled to see it return to iPhone! I’ve been fortunate enough to have beta tested it and it’s now available publicly. Check it!

** Ten years ago today, I posted my first MicroSFF story on Twitter. Four thousand stories later, I’m still writing them. Who’d a thunk it?
Many thanks to all of you, for reading, sharing, liking, and commenting.
Here’s that first story:

God finally stopped the planet to let people off, but hardly anyone left. We watched the sun speed away and felt very silly.

I have collected the most popular story from each year in a blog post here:

If you ever had the #Korg #iKaossilator app back in the day and enjoyed that, you’ll likely enjoy this.

Alert: I met #ducklings the other day at my father-in-law’s farm and they were pure joy. Gave them a supervised bath and popped them back in their little crib afterwards. They’re so smol! They nibble your fingertips with their tiny beaks!

I’m happy to announce that Mona will be globally available on App Store early next month (May 2023). More details coming soon.
