Yeah I hear you on Twitter's degradation. I don't do much, if any, of the political stuff that goes on here either, even less so since Mom's passing. John doesn't really do social of any kind, but he's considering hooking his site up to this thing, and if he decides to do that you'll be able to follow him from Mastodon clients. He mostly posts about sports like hockey and football and baseball, avoids politics like the plague, and some cooking stuff.
