"Famine in Gaza" defenders like @JeremyKonyndyk keep ignoring the statistic that matters most: actual malnutrition-related deaths. According to Hamas, not Israel, there were 461. A genuine famine would have necessarily meant tens of thousands.

It’s theological.

Jewish history is supposed to be over, supplanted by the final revelation of Islam. The entire Palestinian cause is fundamentally based around the theological problems for Islam caused by Jews wresting back statehood despite their best efforts.

Why does the Quran name Jews, Christians, and Sabians, but never Hinduism, Buddhism, or Jainism?

Those last three were already ancient by the 7th century.

The Quran never mentions them.

All of Western Palestine activism is just about making places hostile to Jews. None of the university encampments did anything for anyone in Gaza, they were purely attacks on Jews at those universities.

Similarly, there is absolutely nothing a film festival can do for Gaza.
