Oh don't worry this came straight from the pot that's still heated. I made it, and walked away because it takes about 12 or so minutes to brew, and then got sidetracked.

@dukepaaron Yeah I get beer festivals. But, the homebrew/craft beer communities haven't spent the last several years subjecting their Jewish/Israeli members to purity tests and excluding them as they inevitably fail them because the goalposts have always been shiny and portable either.
