Editorial: Can Europe survive an Israeli surrender to Hamas? (newsrael.com)

This radical Islamist movement, with its vast networks and ideological reach, continues to erode French societal cohesion under the guise of religious activism. Yet, what many overlook is this: Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood.
An Israeli surrender to Hamas—whether in Gaza or in any future Palestinian state including Judea and Samaria—is not a local affair. It's a green light to the Brotherhood everywhere, including in Europe.
European leaders have long warned of the dangers of radical Islam, but they still pressure Israel into ceasefires and concessions that empower Hamas. What they fail to grasp is that Hamas’ survival and rule send a clear message to Islamists across the continent: jihad works.
France, Germany, the UK—all are already grappling with radical networks inspired by the Brotherhood’s ideology. A Hamas-led Gaza is not just a victory over Israel; it’s a propaganda triumph that will reverberate through the banlieues of Paris and the mosques of Berlin.
If Europe wishes to preserve its democratic identity, it must stop pushing Israel toward deals that empower Hamas. The battle is not only for the Middle East. It is also for the soul of Europe.

I read this Friday and it pretty much reflects where I'm at now, especially after last week. Except Abe is much nicer than I am about all this.
