OK which screen reader are you using? John is using Jaws, and I'd have to test with NVDA assuming he's updated that, but I just want to get an idea of what your setup looks like. If NVDA, can you try running without addons?

I just checked on John's computer, and pressing win+e works fine. Can you go to the run box with win+r and type c:users and press enter? The reason I'm asking is because you may be having a problem with your explorer shell.

Oh wow you're further than I am t hen. I read the original Olympian books, liked them, but then ended up skipping to the Magnus Chase books because I wasn't sure which order they went in. So now I'm rereading in the right order.
