Do you have any regular butter? I wouldn't normally say cook with it, but it's better than trying to keep your food from sticking without something like that. If not butter, what about olive oil?

I'd take him more seriously on this issue if the term "self-hating Jew" hadn't been so irresponsibly thrown around for everything from mild criticism of the government of Israel to voting for the wrong politician.
