@Pawpower No we don't mean self-help. We mean self-growth. There's a huge difference between the two, with the most obvious part being that there are no shortcuts like there are with the junkfood that is self-help.

@Pawpower It is depending on the job you have or want. My job requires a ton of extracurricular reading, because I have to keep up with what's going on with web standards and everything surrounding web standards and browsers and the like. To say nothing of learning the new stuff.

@JamminJerry Na, there's this project called Miles to Morder where someone figured out distances in miles for each stop on the Hobbits' journey from the Shire, and some of us decided to turn it into a walking challenge for exercise. I can send you the falues if you want.

But, 5500 steps is a little over 2 miles, give or take. It depends on the length of your stride.
