@aurooba Maybe I'm totally missing something with regard to visuals but do icons really need to be animated? I mean, can't you have perfectly visually pleasing icons without making them move? #accessibility #a11y #GetOffMyLawn

All of this is very interesting considering we just spent, what, the last 5 years or so hearing about how universities shouldn't ban political beliefs. Are the supposed free speech champions telling us all that when they said don't ban political ideas they didn't mean don't ban the ones they don't like? Because it sure fucking looks like it.

@baldur The problem is that the idea of a single programmer being able to work on any part of a single app has always been a pipe dream in actual practice Jack of all trades, master of none, and all that. Specifically, the tendency to not recognize where your limits are so you can then determine when to call in someone who's an expert in that particular area.

So a penetration tester, often shortened to pentester, is someone who deliberately breaks into systems and/or buildings/facilities in order to determine how easy it is to do so they can then make recommendations to either the techies or the physical security people on how to strengthen system/facility security.

Don't be embarrassed if you can help it. There are tons of reasons people, especially people with disabilities, don't get full-time jobs right out of high school or college, and most of them aren't personal faults. And, congratulations on getting the job!
