You can do this, provided you account for everything the logo key is used for outside the browser, because when there's a conflict the OS will take control and what the browser wants at that point is irrelevant. Note: This applies to all keyboard shortcuts/combos.

The plugin may not work with Classic Press. Personally I use the Autonomie theme.

Zenpress is an accessibility ready theme, as well as Autonomie, both of these are on Github though and not in the repo.
