@Pawpower Ham radio absolutely requires studying, even for the first level license, even after the Morse Code requirement was removed.

@Pawpower No we don't mean self-help. We mean self-growth. There's a huge difference between the two, with the most obvious part being that there are no shortcuts like there are with the junkfood that is self-help.

@gocu54 Yes also personal growth.

@Pawpower Some of them do, but not all of them.

@Pawpower It is depending on the job you have or want. My job requires a ton of extracurricular reading, because I have to keep up with what's going on with web standards and everything surrounding web standards and browsers and the like. To say nothing of learning the new stuff.

@Pawpower You're never done with studying.

I want to know who hurt the person who thought it was a good idea to put this out into the world. And also who hurt the person who agreed and then did it.
