Thanks for sending this info. This is interesting, and I'm glad you were able to find a preview. Looks like the 2004 US version I sent you is attempting to do a sort of liberal version of the concept of merging Mizrachi with Breslev, and thus, it uses the same title as the Israeli version. I think I may have found a new rabbit hole. Anyway, the second table of contents I sent you is from Sefaria, and they do have a Hebrew version of that Siddur that can be downloaded until you can get a printed copy which I'm sure will be much more pleasant to use. It's missing the Breslev commentary though that would be in the printed copy.
