RichieThat's … weird. I mean honestly weird. On their part, not yours. I can't thi;nk for the life of me why they wouldn't let someone spend $30 a month, (not sure what this is in pounds right off hand) and have a droplet or whatever. It's not like they're providing you with a mortgage or anything.
