Yeah I did the same thing back in 2021, but with half the RAM. The machine up and quit by the fall of 2024. I just got something with 16 GB 3 months ago but spent a year with an 8GB notebook because it was either that or don't workk, and let me tell you it was a real struggle running anything modern on that machine. It's still not awesome on this one but it's workable.
