And as long as you're up front about that for this project what you're looking for is someone to do the work you don't have time for, there's no problem. What I'm talking about is the client who wants the expert because they're thinking "my thing is awesome and so it deserves the best", only to then turn around and want to be the expert and treat the expert they've hired as the code monkey. What I'm saying is you need to, as the developer or designer who cares about the end-user, learn to spot that quickly because those are projects you don't want to get involved in.
