Yeah, but the way WordPress implements the indieweb building blocks is not like a typical WordPress installation. I use it because WordPress has been a huge part of my life for pretty much two decades, but the changes going on in WordPress pretty much mean that the way it does indieweb becomes less and less a part of its mainstream. So if this is for a personal project, use what would be the right tool for your particular use case and if necessary learn WordPress separately for work purposes.
