Robots.txt is entirely ineffective, QA testing is a joke in this particular situation, some is edge case stuff, and the rest is efforts to keep AI from being woke along with the inability to create a catch-all prompt guard or series of prompt guards that will address this stuff without also addressing situations like, for instance, the infamous Napalm Girl photo that Facebook banned because it technically violated its guidelines against nude content but based on its context has the least thing to do with pornography.
