Well actually there's one way you could possibly do it. You could compel social media companies to ask for ID, which would then be scanned into and then stored in their systems for the purpose of age verification, because that's the only age verification that actually works. And I hope you don't need me to continue down the rabbit hole of why this is an incredibly bad idea separate from the age verification part.
