@chris Let me put it this way. In some ways there have been improvements, such that I can complete tasks with a screen reader, however inefficiently. I still find myself switching to the code editor whenever I can, and it's getting to the point where there are some things that can't be completed with the code editor. And finally, none of this is the fault of the WordPress Accessibility Team, it's leadership's. And these are just the accessibility complaints, I haven't even touched on the other stuff.

@kraftner I still love WordPress in some ways, it's been a significant part of my career and for a long time has meant the difference between being part of the 80% unemployed U.S. blind and part of the 20% employed, and of course there are people like Chris and others who I would have never met without WordPress. But since 2018 or so the shine wore off and things just went bad with the project itself. And the whole thing still makes me a bit sad.
