Those whose information ecosystem has been carefully cultivated (by themselves or others, intentionally and not) such that they really do not realize (overlapping with 1).
Those who believe that his private attitudes have no impact on his policies, largely due to motivated reasoning as well as overlaps with 1 and 2.
Those whose hatred of other groups outweighs the risks and harms they perceive from Trump (overlapping with 2 and 3).

People meme about this stuff a lot, in pretty gross ways because it is not a meme but a reality for far too many women especially.
