As far as accessibility is concerned, you'll want to test and see which one has accessibility issues you can personally deal with. I'd start with the ones with the smallest feature set.

My favorite is still lemon meringue, although banana cream is a close second. I know today is supposed to be about the math, and then there's the other days for geeks, but honestly the pie you eat is way better than pi the math.
