Why? Why do they have to ruin everything! Why can't we just have a simple cane that someone hasn't tried to screw up because they think it will help us (TM)?

@acarson Luckily this innovation belongs to the senior market. I suppose the support cane did need this kind of *innovative treatment.* Why should blind people have all the fun?
@acarson @ppatel I’m not even against the idea of a smart cane, in theory, it just has to not suck as a cane first. Not a hard bar to clear, they just can’t be bothered to swing for it.
