@baldur The problem is that the idea of a single programmer being able to work on any part of a single app has always been a pipe dream in actual practice Jack of all trades, master of none, and all that. Specifically, the tendency to not recognize where your limits are so you can then determine when to call in someone who's an expert in that particular area.
