@jeffjarvis Yeah I saw that claim, and I get it, but then the job is to encourage following of links, not discouraging links altogether so you can make your own version that isn't the web.

@jeffjarvis I would have gone with "the web is woke and we should stay away from it and/or ban it".

@jeffjarvis If I wanted to make my own version of the web I would have said something to the effect that they should log off/we should kick them off. I didn't. Hyperlinks are quite literally integral to the web, so yeah I have to ask why someone's even messing with it if they don't want to follow them.
