  1. @arush @annaecook I think, fundamentally, you either care or you don’t. If you do care about getting and acting on feedback generally, you’ll want to at least try and receive it from PWD, particularly if someone points out that is is missing. If you don’t, then you won’t. But those types tell everyone to eff off. So eventually, that’s exactly what they do.

    This may be wishful thinking, though. Ridesharing breaks my mold, for instance.

  2. @objectinspace @annaecook I don’t know if it’s that simple. But then, I’m probably just really jaded because I’ve heard all the excuses for why we can’t make $thing accessible/wontfix/not merging your pull request. And yes that includes orgs supposedly all in with DEI. And at the same time, I’m 100% certain that the people trying to kill off DEI give 0 fucks about accessibility and couldn’t care less that they’re killing it along with the rest of DEI.
