I just checked on John's computer, and pressing win+e works fine. Can you go to the run box with win+r and type c:users and press enter? The reason I'm asking is because you may be having a problem with your explorer shell.

@arush yep… That worked. Brings up default, public, and my main username.
@wesderby OK which screen reader are you using? John is using Jaws, and I’d have to test with NVDA assuming he’s updated that, but I just want to get an idea of what your setup looks like. If NVDA, can you try running without addons?
@arush jaws 2023. Latest version of Windows 11. The computer itself is about three years old, but otherwise works perfectly. The only thing I’ve changed on the computer is the fact that I ran the windows update… I think on Friday, but didn’t bother checking it again until Saturday or Sunday.
@wesderby Unload Jaws and load Narrator and see if win+E is still broken.
