I’m a huge fan of the many fine folks at the Verge, but covering #a11y press releases with “well, must be better than nothing!” treatments lets companies off the hook for the many (often long-standing) accessibility gaps in their products and fails even to probe whether these incremental improvements actually work as advertised.
