I would hope they’d count documentation repos/PRs. Especially when docs tend to be limited in quality.
I’m definitely going to check the rules tomorrow. I’ve been meaning to contribute to docs for the project anyway. Hacktoberfest would be a great reason.
The fact that they’re enforcing rules now shows that they’re trying to avoid some “flyby” participation that do very minimal just for the perks. Kudos to them to try and enforce some quality.
